Return and Refund Process:

If for any reason you wish to return an item and seek a refund from your purchase, please contact us at wingit@offhandgolf.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If you are returning a putter, please ensure that the head cover is placed over the head. Once we receive the returned item, we will contact you to confirm your refund has been processed.
