ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINES:

We aim to process and despatch all orders within 24 hours, from Monday to Friday during business hours. Any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be despatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Tracked 24 - Expected delivery within 1-3 days of order being placed (if during business hours).

Tracked 48 - Expected delivery within 2-5 days of order being placed (if during business hours).

Longer delivery times may apply for specific products that are undergoing restocking - this will be detailed on the listing.

How are shipping costs calculated?

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be applied to your order automatically based on the products and service type you select.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or logistical challenges may occasionally cause delays.
